Our Recent Obsession with Sourdough

Karl and I have become obsessed with learning to make authentic sourdough, which means growing (more like inviting, actually) natural yeasts to take up residence in some organic wheat flour and eventually make us some delicious, crusty sourdough bread.

Our first attempt ended in failure (Mold spores 1, Yeast 0) But we aren't giving up!
